How to make a deposit?

Within Matrixport HK, on [Assets] choose a token such as BTC, click [Deposit],select the coin/token you prefer.

Select your preferred network, scan QR code or copy address to make a deposit.

To maintain the security and integrity of your transactions, please note that all deposits will be processed within 2 working days. The cutoff time for deposits is 11:59 AM (UTC+8); any requests submitted after this time will be treated as requests for the next day.

How to make a withdrawal?

Before your withdrawal, you need to complete the identity verification KYC advanced, bound your mobile phone or set up Google authenticator, and set the fund password on Matrixport HK.

Within Matrixport HK, on [Assets], click [Withdraw], select the coin you prefer to withdraw. 

Please take note:

1) Make sure your deposit has the full required network confirmation before the withdrawal

2) Once the withdrawal generates a hash, there's no chance to retrieve it, please kindly wait for the network confirmation.

3) We only allow asset deposits and withdrawals from whitelisted addresses. Please complete the whitelist process before you deposit or withdraw funds.
